Apparent glitch in actual sending of form?

Hi Scott, sorry to bother you but although the script seems to run fine, instead of getting the expected 'message sent' page, the form just disappears and the transmission never hits my inbox.
I realise this is probably just a simple setting I have to change on my hosting package or something like that, but I really have spent three hours now trying to find solutions, using modified and unmodified (except for the 'send to' bit, obviously) versions of the mailcode script.
For what it's worth I'm running cpanel/linux, the captcha image shows up, everything seems to work -- except for the transmission bit. I had a look at this forum in case someone's had a similar problem before me, I've checked the error logs on my server, and my spam filter is currently disabled.
Again, sorry to be an ignoramus, but I did try my best to find the solution myself before hassling you about this. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance. |

Try changing all instances of $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] in contact.php to the name of your form page. It sounds like your server doesn't support the PHP_SELF global.
Did you change the name of the Submit button by chance? |
